La Tavernetta Il Cavaliere is the restaurant-pizzeria of the Balletti Park Hotel, much appreciated by both guests of the resort, tourists and locals.
The other spacious restaurant, located inside the hotel, is ideal for welcoming tourist groups, conventions and ceremonies.

Appreciated typical restaurant located in San Martino al Cimino, within the Balletti Park Hotel complex, with an independent entrance in front of the historic town gate. It has an outdoor garden that overlooks the hotel swimming pool. It offers a wide choice of typical local dishes prepared with selected products and a wide variety of wines. The pizza cooked in the characteristic wood-burning oven is also excellent. Do not miss the famous Donna Olimpia pizza, in honor of the renowned Princess of San Martino al Cimino.
