The resort has a large, luxuriant park that winds through the villas, the swimming pool and the sports facilities. In the chestnut wood it is easy to meet squirrels jumping between the branches, while the lovely artificial lake makes the whole park a precious oasis pervaded by birdsong. Depending on the season, gray herons and many other migratory species can be seen. The pond is the ideal place to enjoy relaxation and beautiful sunsets. The lawns and swings make the park ideal for children too.

The large and luxuriant park is equipped with sports facilities, such as an ice rink, tennis courts, a regular grass soccer field and a five-a-side football pitch. Equipped with a Bike Room, it can store bicycles and sports equipment. The hotel can also provide assistance for the rental of road or mountain bikes, as well as providing a guide service.
